These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of levataretreat.com and to your communications with Levata Retreat (“Levata,” “we,” “us” or “our”), including our forms, website chat, email, phone calls, text messages and consultations. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our services
Levata Retreat is a postpartum and post-surgical recovery retreat in Lehi, Utah. Our website, chat, emails and concierge conversations share general information about Levata and help you decide whether a stay is right for you.
Not medical advice. Information on our website and in our marketing communications is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from your own doctor, midwife or care team. In an emergency, call 911.
Consultations. Concierge consultations are free, informal conversations about Levata. Booking a consultation does not create a reservation, a care relationship or any obligation to book a stay. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.
Reservations. Stays are booked through our reservations partner, Cloudbeds. Reservations, payments, cancellations and guest policies are governed by the terms shown at the time of booking and any agreements provided to guests. Clinical suitability for a stay is determined separately by Levata staff. Information about availability and pricing on our website may change and is confirmed only at booking.
SMS Terms
Program name: Levata Retreat
What you’ll receive. If you check a box agreeing to receive text messages from Levata Retreat, we may send you:
- Appointment and inquiry messages, such as consultation confirmations, reminders, and replies to questions you’ve asked us
- Updates and offers, such as opening and booking news, only if you separately agree to marketing texts
Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of booking a consultation, making a reservation or purchasing any service.
Frequency. Message frequency varies. Appointment and inquiry messages depend on your activity; marketing texts are sent no more than a few times per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START or sign up again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder, or have the account holder’s permission, to agree to receive texts at the number you provide.
Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
If you sign up for updates, we will send you emails about Levata. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Emails about a consultation you booked or a question you asked may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.
Website chat
Our website chat may use an automated assistant to answer common questions and connect you with our concierge. Automated answers are general information and may not always be complete or current; our concierge can confirm details. Please do not share medical records or other sensitive health details in chat. Chat conversations may be stored so we can follow up with you.
Using our website
You agree not to misuse our website, including by:
- Submitting false information or information about someone else without their permission
- Sending spam, malicious code or automated requests
- Trying to access parts of the site or our systems you are not authorized to use
- Copying or reusing our content for commercial purposes without permission
Intellectual property
The Levata name, logo, website content, photos and designs belong to Levata Retreat or its licensors. You may view and share pages from our website for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Links to other sites
Our website links to sites we don’t control, such as our reservations system and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers
Our website and communications are provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or that all information is complete and current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levata Retreat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or marketing communications. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Terms for stays and care are provided separately.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
